A very difficult year, 2020, is drawing to a close. And, despite the heartache of being separated from their families, and the added threats posed by COVID-19, a group of children and teens who live in Church World Service care in Jakarta, Indonesia, took time to thank one of our generous friends for his support to them. In doing this, they show us all how, no matter how difficult and heartbreaking life can be, there is always the possibility of gratitude. And, as we enter a new year there is the call to hopefulness. Across Asia, CWS staff and partners are inspired to be led by the children and young adults in our care. And so, we all remain hopeful for the future. A future where, in fact, there is enough for all.
